Description

Serv Ease is CV3 Financials’ in‑house loan servicing division, purpose‑built to set a higher standard for private lending servicing. Our model emphasizes continuity, transparency, and exceptional customer care by seamlessly integrating loan origination and servicing into a single, end‑to‑end experience—rather than a traditional handoff. Through a secure, digital servicing platform, Serv Ease enables borrowers to make payments, monitor loan balances, access tax documentation, and receive timely, real‑time updates—delivered with a level of personalization uncommon in conventional servicing environments.

From loan funding through final payoff, Serv Ease aligns its priorities with those of its borrowers and investors, supported by proactive communication and tools designed to reduce delinquencies and enhance transparency. We seek professionals who excel in a customer‑centric environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are motivated to elevate the experience for investors and borrowers throughout the full lifecycle of their loans.
