As our Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and managing a high-value portfolio of commercial banking clients. Think of yourself as part advisor, part strategist, and part connector building relationships, structuring deals, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients across industries
• Develop custom solutions spanning credit, treasury, deposits, and cash management
• Analyze client financials and lead deal structuring in collaboration with credit partners
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and industry knowledge
• Work cross-functionally with credit, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless service
• Represent the bank in the local market and build visibility through thoughtful engagement

• 7+ years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills- you're fluent in balance sheets and business models
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and deal structures
• A consultative, client-first mindset (and maybe a few clients who follow you wherever you go)
• Excellent communication skills and a love for collaborative problem-solving
• Bonus points if you have ties to the SoCal business community and a sharp eye for market trends
