CV3 Holdings, through its ValuationNEXUS subsidiary, seeks a Post Closing Valuation Analyst to support capital markets and loan lifecycle valuation processes. You will coordinate value refreshes, order valuation products, and report on property value trends while building relationships with valuation providers and loan buyers.
You will review reports for USPAP compliance, analyze ARV and Site Value, and support valuations for loan sales and securitization with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
