Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year‑round Turbo Tax Retail Experts in one of our Turbo Tax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

In this role, you will work on-site from a Turbo Tax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit Turbo Tax products.

As a year‑round Retail Expert, you will:

• Provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/support to customers.
• Leverage your tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions for personal, business, and complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and deliver future tax‑planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism, genuine interest, and empathy.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long‑term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage Turbo Tax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.

Be a Proactive Community Ambassador

• Represent Turbo Tax locally, serving as a fixture and public face.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long‑term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate in local marketing initiatives to make taxes accessible and approachable.

Provide Tax Expertise

• Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions.
• Use government websites, professional tools, and team expertise.

Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience

• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest.
• Build long‑term trust with customers.
• Interact with customers both in‑person and via Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication tools.
• Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax‑related challenges.

Who You Are:

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a Turbo Tax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand.
