- Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise presentations and defend recommendations to executive leaders.
- Proven ability to independently identify and solve problems, implementing effective solutions.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to evaluate financial models critically.
- Comfortable handling large datasets and identifying meaningful insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field.
