Rainmaker is seeking a Regulatory Permitting Specialist to own the state and local regulatory pathway for domestic cloud seeding programs. You will scope requirements across jurisdictions, build a state-by-state playbook, and drive approvals to readiness before operations begin.
You will collaborate with Program Management and the Director of Regulatory & Compliance to ensure timely, defensible submissions, and maintain robust regulatory relationships across the western United States.
