• Collaborate with physicians during patient visits to accurately document medical histories, physical examinations, and procedures.
• Transcribe laboratory and radiographic results, as well as patient education and procedural explanations.
• Record pending orders for referrals, tests, medications, and procedures as directed by the physician.
• Ensure all diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescription details are accurately documented.
• Prepare and edit scribed documents for physician review and signature.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Scribe.
• Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong written communication skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
