Description
Intake Director
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Intake Coordinators and Intake Specialists
- Hire and train new Intake staff
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual individual and department targets
- Ensure compliance to company and departmental processes
- Run Payor Relations strategy, presentations, capacity reporting, and referrals
- Manage Intake partner relationships (diagnosticians, pediatricians’ offices, etc.)
- Interface with internal Business Development departments on lead generation strategies
- Escalation point for any lead issues
- Promote superior customer service and communication within and from the Intake Dept
- Individual contributors and department meet lead conversion targets
- Further develop and successfully manage KPIs for Intake Dept personnel
- Intake Dept contact response times, process compliance, and quality control
- Strong partnerships with key payor referral partners
- Effective work with and high conversion yield from diagnosticians, pediatricians’ offices, etc.
- Productive collaboration with other BF departments
- ABA Centers filled to seat capacity
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience working in healthcare operations
- Familiarity working with healthcare funding options and sources
- Previous experience working within the ABA field highly advantageous
- Experience successfully managing a team of 10+ individual contributors
- Highly skilled in communication, customer service, objection handling, problem solving, etc.
- Ability to lead, manage, train, coach, and hold accountability with a group of direct reports
- Approachable personality, collaborates effectively with internal and external parties
