Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment;
Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts and complete front-office paperwork;
Set up, maintain, and takedown breakfast display and maintain lobby/common areas;
Sell ESA value, take reservations and convert inquiries into occupied rooms;
Cross-train and assist with housekeeping, laundry and overall hotel cleanliness
