Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support organizational goals and attract, retain, and reward top talent. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure compensation practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and tools
• Conduct complex market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation modeling
• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, promotions, and incentives
• Advise HR and business leaders on pay structures, job evaluations, offer recommendations, and internal equity considerations
• Review job descriptions, conduct job analyses, and maintain job architecture frameworks
• Manage compensation surveys and external benchmarking efforts
• Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and executive-level reporting
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compensation governance practices
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on workforce planning and budgeting
• Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes, systems, and methodologies
Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of combined HR and/or Finance experience with a strong analytical foundation
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on compensation experience, including market pricing and salary structure design
• Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, pay governance, FLSA, and job evaluation methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS/compensation tools
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, and confidential information
• CCP certification preferred but not required

Compensation: $48 to $60 per hour
