We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to join a rapidly growing organization supporting innovative programs across the aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure industries.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working closely with hiring managers, building strong technical talent pipelines, and taking ownership of the recruiting process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.

You will play a key role in scaling the organization by identifying, engaging, evaluating, and closing high-quality engineering and technical talent.

• Help build teams supporting advanced manufacturing, aviation, defense, robotics, and hardware programs.

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of engineering, technical, manufacturing, and non-technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the candidate experience.
• Manage candidate information, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics within the ATS.
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career events, and other talent acquisition activities.
• Lead offer discussions and effectively close qualified candidates.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Strong experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting/sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Strong candidate relationship-building and offer negotiation/closing skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in El Segundo, CA, 5 days per week.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR regulations.

• Experience recruiting within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, aviation, robotics, or hardware industries.
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience managing multiple technical requisitions in a high-volume environment.
