Pay Range: USD $147,000 and $180,000 Yearly
The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.

The OpportunityThe Manager of Network is responsible for managing Network Data, Voice, Global conferencing, AV and Mattel TV Technology towers and maintaining the hygiene of the environment and support teams 24x7/365 days to ensure the availability of our systems %+ uptime. The candidate must have hands-on experience working with outsourcing partners. The Network Manager should be excellent in troubleshooting of operational systems, perform continuous analysis of network throughput and capacity, device monitoring and device availability, and provide solutions working with all the groups impacted.
Responsible for ensuring client/operational satisfaction through the execution of timely delivery of GTO Operational Services.
Production Support
- The manager should be able to come into the office and assist on major Network implementations, projects, maintenance, and work on critical issues at onsite locations.
- As a Manager of Network Operations, manage both Network data and Voice technology requirements and lead 5+ years of experience managing Technology teams with excellent customer handling skills.
- Extensive experience in networks with Routers, switches, WiFi, Cabling, SIP, IP IVR, IP Telephony, Voice Gateways, Circuit, Carrier management, unified messaging, F5, AV, Mattel TV, Zoom/MS Teams, Global conferencing, Cisco room kits, Zoom room kits, call route and call logging technologies.
- Experience in managing partners across multiple geo locations.
- Experience in managing all Site networks across the globe.
- Ability to travel to different locations within the US and outside the US as needed.
- Work with vendors and 3rd party providers and manage global conferencing, Mattel TV and AV.
- Experience managing collaboration suites for Mattel globally.
- Conduct training for new product enrollment and create SOPs.
- Facilitate workshops and/or forums to promote Change Management initiatives and review overall performance of the change process, making improvements as needed.
- Attend daily CAB meetings and assist with review and approval of change requests.
- Audit Aging Change Report and Weekly Emergency Change Report and ensure Change Requests are closed within change windows.
- Periodic reviews of circuits, uplinks, switches, and routers; quarterly device performance reviews with Capacity team to address throughput proactively.
- Manage and govern the life cycle of Network Incidents and Changes; ensure only authorized changes are implemented in production.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual Network SOX audit controls are submitted, reviewed, and remediations resolved per deadlines.
- Lead proactive and reactive problem management; ensure P1/P2 incident changes are reported, tracked, and RCA documented.
- Review with partners and monitor service levels for Strage and Compute areas weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Collaborate with partners, participate in governance meetings, and build strong partnerships.
Partner Management
- Manage delivery of IT Operations by collaborating with outsourced partners to achieve contractual obligations with predefined SLA.
Projects
- Provide input to initiation and analysis activities including Project Charter development, Cost Benefit Analysis, RFI and RFP.
- Manage small projects including timeline, scope, resources, risk, quality and customer expectations.
- Ensure all enterprise and Operations infrastructure standards are followed.
Relationship Management
- Participate in discussions between IT and the business unit regarding current and anticipated service requirements and alternative approaches.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Educate customers about current IT trends and technology.
Administration
- Communicate plans, status, and issues regularly to executive management.
- Plan and evaluate the work of technical and other support staff.
- Audit and approve staff work reflected on invoices and timecards.
Departmental Requirements
- Available for all critical outages by driving the team to service restoration.
Security Requirements
- Review all security protocols and vulnerabilities and lead the team to fix them in a reactive/proactive fashion and keep Mattel's network infrastructure a safe environment.
- 5+ years' experience in IT automation and integration roles
- BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
