IT Business Analyst

Overview

Liquid I.V. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between Finance and Operations stakeholders and technical teams. This role investigates system requirements, documents processes, maps data flows, and supports the implementation of systems that power the organization. You will gather requirements across cross-functional teams and ensure technology solutions align with business needs.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation:
  Investigate and analyze system requirements with stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing; facilitate requirements sessions; document, validate functional and non-functional requirements; create and maintain comprehensive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; present findings to stakeholders; develop current-state and future-state process maps; identify gaps and optimization opportunities; document as-is and to-be processes.
• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  Perform data mapping to understand data flow between systems and applications; create logical data models; collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Project Support:
  Support IT projects from initiation through implementation and user acceptance testing; participate in system testing and UAT coordination; assist with change management and user education; track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of analysis tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations in an IT/tech environment
• Proven experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and workshops
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong proficiency in creating process maps/workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
• Solid understanding of data mapping concepts and logical data modeling techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus

Compensation:
The band for this position is $75,700 – $113,500 annually. The exact salary is determined by factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, and budget. This range reflects base salary and does not include additional compensation or benefits.
