Position: Senior Product Manager, Consumer Digital Products (Robotics)

Senior Product Manager, Consumer Digital Products (Robotics)

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, Consumer Digital Products (Robotics), you will own the AI-first strategy and roadmap for our consumer-facing digital experiences (mobile app + web) and partner/affiliate platform, translating user needs and growth goals into prioritized requirements and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate across Product/Design/Engineering/Data/Growth/Sales/Ops to deliver an end-to-end customer journey for robotics products—from discovery and purchase to onboarding and ownership—while not owning core robotics R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy, multi-quarter roadmap, and execution for consumer app/web plus key platform flows (commerce/OTD, partner/affiliate as needed).
  • Define north-star metrics/OKRs, drive funnel improvements, and lead experimentation (A/B tests, feature flags, rapid iteration).
  • Lead discovery → delivery: user research, journey mapping, feedback loops, PRDs/user stories, and prioritization.
  • Partner with Engineering/Design/Data to ship scalable capabilities (identity, checkout, order/OTD, attribution/commissions, analytics instrumentation).
  • Drive alignment and delivery excellence: launch plans, phased rollouts, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure responsible AI UX (quality, safety, privacy-by-design) where AI impacts user trust and conversion.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience building and shipping consumer app/web and/or growth products end-to-end.
  • Strong preference for robotics industry background: robotics, smart hardware, autonomous systems, or hardware+AI consumer ecosystems (relevant to commercialization and lifecycle experience).
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes using data (funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC) and structured prioritization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication; able to align Growth/Sales/Ops with Engineering and Design.
  • Comfortable working with China-based suppliers/partners across time zones; can drive clear requirements, issue resolution, and delivery coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience owning commerce + post-purchase lifecycle products (checkout/payments, order management, delivery/OTD, onboarding, support/self-service).
  • Experience building affiliate/partner platforms (attribution, commission rules, payouts, partner reporting, policy/fraud controls).
  • Experience delivering AI/LLM-powered features with evaluation/guardrails and measurable impact.
  • Proficiency with prototyping and product tools (e.g., Figma) to communicate user flows, wireframes, and requirements.
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus, especially for supplier and cross-border collaboration.
  • Agile leadership experience (Scrum/SAFe) and/or PM certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).
  • Ability to use analytics tools and basic SQL to self-serve insights.

Annual Salary Range:

($ - $ DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans

  • Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family)
  • 401(k) options
  • Casual dress code + relaxed work environment
  • Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere
