We thrive on data-informed decision making, relentless customer focus, and a culture that celebrates innovation and ownership.
The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, data-first leader to own and scale our omni‑channel growth engine. You’ll design the growth roadmap, build a rigorous experimentation program across web, mobile, email, paid and offline, and partner with product, engineering, analytics and marketing to drive measurable gains in acquisition, activation, retention and monetization. This is a hands‑on role that requires creativity, scrappiness and a bias to action—able to both lead strategy and roll up sleeves to test ideas quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the omni-channel growth strategy and roadmap aligned to company objectives (consumer acquisition efficiency, conversion acceleration, revenue optimization).
- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of experimenters, analysts, channel specialists.
- Define and operationalize a repeatable experimentation framework: hypothesis generation, experiment design, sample sizing, instrumentation, analysis, and learnings capture.
- Prioritize tests and initiatives; allocate resources across channels for maximum ROI.
- Oversee execution of tests across channels: A/B and multivariate on web/mobile, email and CRM experiments, paid creative/landing page tests, push/SMS experiments, and offline pilots if applicable.
- Ensure robust measurement and analytics: reliable events, tracking, guardrails, statistical rigor, and clear attribution models.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ship growth-focused features and identify product changes that materially move key metrics.
- Work closely with key marketing partners to coordinate channel strategies (paid media, SEO, content, partnerships) and translate experiment learnings into scalable programs.
- Translate results into scalable insights and playbooks; quantify business impact
- Socialize learnings with stakeholders and leadership; present test plans, results and recommendations; evangelize the value of experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Establish and track KPIs and dashboards (conversion funnels, CAC, experiment velocity/time to learn).
- Manage vendor relationships if required (experimentation platforms, CDP, analytics tools, testing vendors) and budget for growth initiatives.
- KPIs & Metrics to own:
- Experiment velocity (tests per quarter), percent of experiments producing actionable learnings.
- Conversions: traffic-to-lead and lead
-to-case. - Acquisition cost: cost-per-lead and cost-per-case
- Revenue: customer retention and ROAS
- What success looks like (first 6–12 months):
- A documented omni-channel growth strategy and prioritized test roadmap.
- Experimentation framework and governance in place; increased experiment velocity and higher-quality analysis.
- Measurable improvements in at least one core growth metric (CAC, lead volume, case conversion rate, revenue, and/or ROI).
- Clear instrumentation and attribution for major funnels and key experiments.
- Team structure and hires identified/executed to fill critical skill gaps.
- 10+ years of experience in growth, experimentation, or related roles; at least 4 years in senior/management roles. Looking for B2C experience.
- Proven track record of running/scaling experimentation programs with measurable business impact.
- Deep quantitative skills; comfortable reviewing analysis and challenging results.
- Hands‑on familiarity with analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Big Query, GA4) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
- Experience across multiple devices and channels (web, mobile, email/CRM, paid, affiliates, organic) and integrating learnings across them.
- Strong product sense and UX understanding.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent leadership skills: hiring, coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.
