Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Support Engineer
Job Location:
El Segundo, California
- Mobile Device Management of Microsoft Intune for large scale enterprises: iOS, iPad, Mac OS, Android and PDA Devices (Smart EX, Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus, Trimble).
- Implementation:
Configuring Profile Compliance, App Management, Protection, Restriction, and Company Portal. - Expertise in all types of Mobile Device Enrolments: manual, bulk, and automatic methods.
- Good knowledge of reporting in Microsoft Graph API and Power BI.
- Scripting knowledge in Power Shell or VB.
- Mobile device onboarding and offboarding support.
- Responsible for all CW Service Now tickets entering the queue.
- Mobile device hardware troubleshooting for any CW device.
- Assisting end users with performing hardware OS updates and refreshes.
- Hardware enrollment and provisioning for any CW device.
- Hardware training for any CW device.
- Refreshing/updating hardware training materials, tutorials, and workshops.
- Monitoring the performance and usage of CW devices and providing regular reports and feedback to other teams and stakeholders.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate product line team (e.g., network, Enterprise Mobility).
- Creating and updating the escalation path spreadsheet.
- New hardware deployments for any CW device.
- Escalating hardware issues to vendor if they cannot be resolved internally.
- Monitoring and performing all IRM tasks and controls from Service Now as they relate to CW devices.
- Ensuring all compliance tasks are completed before the due date specified for the CMDB entry.
- Performing patching and updates for CW devices if needed and notifying end users.
