The Product Quality Analytics (PQA) team is seeking a highly skilled brand consultant with a strong focus on data storytelling to join our dynamic group supporting global Quality, Safety, and Sustainability. This role involves collaboration with global brand teams, quality engineering partners, and various stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and interest in data analysis, AI tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings in a clear and visually engaging manner. - Stakeholder Presentations:
Prepare and deliver high‑impact insights and lesson learned presentations to stakeholders, to drive the development of high‑quality products. - Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including quality engineering, global brand teams, and leadership – understand their data needs and translate them into effective insights for future development. - Assist in Development of Dashboards/Tools:
Collaborate with the PQA data team and global brand teams for enhancement proposals for interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, to meet the evolving needs of the business. - Mentor and Train:
Offer guidance and empower cross‑functional team members to utilize analytical tools independently, while fostering a data‑driven culture. - Innovation and Experimentation:
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data storytelling and data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our insights and storytelling capabilities. - Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Domestic travel on occasion.
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and data storytelling, with a demonstrated success of influence on actionable decisions made through data‑driven insights. - Highly Technical:
Experienced in Tableau, Confluence, and Jira, with strong analytical and data visualization skills. Familiarity with AI tooling, and experience with Big Query and programming languages such as Python or R considered a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or related analytical field is required.

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range; however, base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
