Title

Senior Acquisition Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Senior Acquisition Intelligence Analyst supports the lifecycle acquisition process for military space programs in El Segundo, CA. You will collect and interpret intelligence sources, identify information of importance, and interface directly with customer personnel to provide all-source intelligence relevant to acquisition programs. You will develop relationships with the intelligence community and assist acquisition program offices in determining their lifecycle intelligence support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the Intel IPT for C3BM increments
  • Provide liaison support between the engineering integration team and intelligence data users regarding data interfaces, storage, access, and usage
  • Participate with system of systems testing, as needed
  • Identify, collect, compile, collate, interpret and analyze all-source intelligence information, including open and classified sources, for impacts to space acquisition programs and their missions
  • Brief leadership and program offices on the results and mission impacts of intelligence collection and assessment activities (reports, messages, briefings, papers, recommendations, biographies, capability assessments, forecasts, and alerts)
  • Maintain an intelligence community-wide network of associates with expertise specific to space and acquisitions intelligence and actively engage them in support of program office needs daily
  • Schedule, organize, and execute acquisition intelligence specific meetings (e.g., Intelligence Support Working Groups) in support of the customer
  • Develop, maintain, publish, update, and present tailored intelligence briefings to SSC leadership, program offices, and external organizations as required
  • Develop, maintain, protect, document, and/or update repositories (e.g., databases, libraries, models) for space and acquisitions tailored intelligence information
  • Manage and be knowledgeable of processes for migrating classified tailored intelligence information among various information systems (specifically JWICS, SGN, SIC, and ISS)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years as an all-source intelligence analyst
  • Experience working with information classified at the SCI and SAP levels
  • Independent problem solving with a variety of planning activity, including knowledge and experience in requirements development, verification, and test
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and program stakeholders and have robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting a DoD acquisition program office
  • Experience with military space programs
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and customer relationship skills
  • Independent problem solver, comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to adapt to emerging requirements and changing priorities
Compensation and Benefits

Scheduled Weekly

Hours:

40 hours per week. Basic Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience and internal parity. Additional Compensation: bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation may be offered per internal policy, including sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments.
