Your Role:

The Content AI Tool Application Specialist will support the adoption and daily use of AI tools within the Global Content & Creative Center. This role focuses on applying AI to improve content production efficiency, assisting in prompt optimization, workflow execution, and team enablement. The position will help turn AI capabilities into practical solutions for real content scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

* AI Tool Application:
Support the implementation and daily use of AI tools for content ideation, drafting, editing, translation, and formatting.

* Prompt Execution & Optimization:
Use and refine existing prompt templates to improve output quality and consistency.

* Workflow Support:
Assist in integrating AI into content production processes and ensure smooth execution across different content types.

* Team Enablement:
Provide hands-on support to content team members in using AI tools effectively and efficiently.

* Knowledge Base Maintenance:
Help maintain prompt libraries, tool guidelines, and internal documentation.

* Performance Tracking:
Collect basic data on efficiency improvement, tool usage, and output quality.

* Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with new AI tools and features and share practical recommendations with the team.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience:

0-3 years of experience in content, digital marketing, communications, AI tool application, or related fields (internship experience included).

* AI Tool Familiarity:
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for writing, research, or content creation.

* Execution-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows and guidelines.

* Learning Agility:
Fast learner with strong interest in AI and content innovation.

* Communication

Skills:

Able to support team members and explain basic AI usage in a clear and practical way.

* Organization

Skills:

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

($70,000-$85,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
