Senior Technology Project Manager - Content Supply Chain & Generative AI
Location: Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite
Pay Range: $90/hour to $110/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives focused on Content Supply Chain transformation and Generative AI enablement within a global brand and marketing environment. This role will drive strategic programs that modernize how digital content is created, managed, optimized, and distributed across global teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. This individual will work cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, Creative, Data & Analytics, and external partners to deliver scalable, AI-enabled content solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week and collaborating across multiple U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives related to Content Supply Chain and Generative AI
• Define and manage program roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
• Partner with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support implementation and integration of platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies
• Establish governance frameworks, intake processes, and operating models to improve content production efficiency
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for AI-enabled workflows and content technologies
• Communicate program updates, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Manage resource planning, budget tracking, and delivery coordination across multiple teams
• Promote Agile delivery best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Foster collaboration across global teams and third-party partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology program or project management leading enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting Content Supply Chain, Marketing Technology (Mar Tech), Digital Asset Management, or related ecosystems
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle processes including content creation, review, approval, distribution, and optimization
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered content workflows
• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
• Experience collaborating across distributed or global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions within marketing, content, or customer experience environments
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, or similar enterprise content platforms
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and program-level reporting/dashboard creation
• Background supporting consumer products, entertainment, media, or global brand organizations
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications
