Role Overview

The Field Operations Specialist serves as the frontline technical representative supporting internal R&D, deployed systems and customer operations. This role is responsible for fielding and troubleshooting CHAOS Industries' software and hardware capabilities in operational environments. This role requires strong initiative: build trust, learn, drive, and deliver outcomes and flawless execution.
