Scrum Master

As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical systems. On the team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. • 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics
• Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior‑level client management
• Experience with teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of the project management framework
• Knowledge of DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures
• Possession of excellent problem‑solving skills, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
