PAM Technical Architect, Professional Services

Saviynt Expert Services is seeking a US or Canada–based technical architect to lead post‑sales Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for discovery, data gathering, solution design, implementation, and documentation (including high‑level designs, SOPs, and related deliverables). You will spearhead PAM deployments, act as a trusted advisor, and guide customers through a successful journey to adoption.

Saviynt has a cloud‑based solution designed to secure and manage privileged access across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. It focuses on identity‑driven access control, leveraging a converged platform with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). PAM aims to reduce the risk of cyber threats by controlling and monitoring access to critical resources, including endpoints, applications, and cloud services.

• Complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
• Review, understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy;
  Incident Response Policy/Procedures;
  Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures;
  Mobile Device Policy;
  Account Management Policy;
  Access Control Policy;
  Personnel Security Policy;
  Privacy Policy.
• Lead discovery, data gathering, solution design, implementation, and documentation of PAM engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers through adoption and successful deployment of PAM solutions.
