Technical leaning PM that can help support in the following areas:

• Maintain an analysis excel workbook – This a workload forecasting tool. It is already created and the expectation is to keep the data updated and provide improvements when/where appropriate. Everything is in place to complete this task, but it is something that will need continual review and update so that leadership can reference the information at any time.
• Work with the tools team – They will be building an automated tool to replace the excel workbook above. Responsibilities will include making sure the requirements are met.
• Review intake work backlog (we call this the VIPER unified backlog) (e.g. requirements for epic X are not ready but the ask is for Q2 2022). This will require working with the Engineering owners assigned to an epic to help with the completion of estimations.
• Monitor the actual work efforts to see if it aligns with the original estimates.

The general skillset will be:

• Ability to organize and follow-through with engineers
• Strong individual contributor – they will not be running projects but will be collecting/organizing a lot of data and will need to be able to work with many different engineering team leaders.
• Provide reporting data to leadership on an ongoing basis
• Strong excel experience
• Understanding of SAFe or SCRUM principles
