On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the NSS Disruption Cell RF systems and innovations. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and presenting using resources like MS Project, Power Point, VISIO, etc . and regular interactions with business leaders, SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project or finan cia l analysts.

You Have:2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management role or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner supporting technical develop ment

Experience with hardware and sof tware develop ment projects

Experience with Agile frameworks and Lifecyle tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience teaching and leading technical teams in Agile framework concepts

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technology field

Nice If You Have:

Experience working with RF system develop ment, signal processing, FPGA, or system integration teams

Experience with EVMS, risk management, and formal program lifecycle processes

Experience preparing for and supporting customer e nga gements, design reviews, and PMRsExperience in the acquisition capture and proposal processTS/SCI clearance preferred

Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification , SAFe Scrum Master ( SSM ) Certification , or equivalent certification

Project Management Professional Certification ( PMP )Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
