Principal Windows Systems Administrator – El Segundo, CA

Full‑time, Onsite position requiring U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance.

• Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced environment, using troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and OS integration.
• Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures.
• Lead all storage appliances in classified networks.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective resolution.
• Develop solutions and documentation for a variety of technical problems.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and minimum 3years.
• Active, transferable Top Secret security clearance prior to start date.
• Experience administering, maintaining and troubleshooting storage appliances (Net App, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Experience administering backups (Veritas Netbackup, Backup Exec, Veeam).
• Experience with VMware virtualization (VDS, hardening).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows administration.
• Preferred: email platform integration/support (Exchange, Smarter Mail), Fabric Cisco or Brocade switches, Linux expertise, familiarity with Splunk, Nessus, Symantec, SCCM, mentoring, Visio diagramming, and knowledge of NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS, and DoD/RMF.

Salary range: $95,500 – $181,700 USD.
