Digital Transformation Lead (Job Number: R0243585)
Digital transformation professional with experience implementing improved digital initiatives. Apply strategy, organization design, process, and technology adoption skills to guide organizations in solving traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. Lead strategy teams to establish new organizations, transform existing ones, and adopt cutting‑edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities, within the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition ecosystem.
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large‑scale DoW or federal government programs.
- Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs.
- Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience with AI/ML and cloud capabilities.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Experience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
- Ability to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and lead the accomplishment of client tasks from inception to completion.
- Top Secret clearance.
- PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile certification.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Secret clearance required;
Top Secret clearance is a plus.

Work Model- Remote:
Must attend onsite work at a Booz Allen or customer facility on occasion. - Hybrid:
Must work from a Booz Allen facility frequently; visits to a customer facility may also be required. - Onsite:
