Mattel is seeking a Data Engineer II to own the analytics backbone for its mobile free-to-play portfolio. You will design and operate pipelines, data models, and quality systems turning telemetry into analyst-ready datasets for retention, monetization, and engagement insights across titles.
You’ll migrate legacy Airflow pipelines to a partner-managed ETL platform, build new capabilities, and ensure data quality and observability across studios and analytics teams.
