Job Description
You will support the Senior Associate and Manager levels on behalf of Spark Foundry Digital clients managing day-to-day planning and buying across a variety of digital programs, including:
- Broadband video programs across the portals and a variety of niche content sites
- Brand specific online plans (traditional online banners, sponsor ships, etc.)
- TV-centric digital/online extension sponsor ships and integration programs
- Advanced TV trial initiatives, including interactive TV, VOD, etc.
- Areas of focus will be: web advertising (acquisition and brand), broadband (video, new forms of broadband connections), and any/all other platforms that evolve in the digital space (gaming, web-based magazine, etc.)
- Exposure to emerging media particularly of TV 2.0 (Video on Demand, Digital Video Recorder and others), gaming, and mobile work
- Develop digital media plan recommendations based on integrated communication planning processes
- Connect with traditional planning & buying teams to ensure ideal synergy is delivered
- Negotiate and buy approved digital media plan programs
- Develop success metrics/measurement goals for all digital programs
- Report on and optimizing digital programs on an ongoing basis
- 1+ years of online/digital media planning and implementation expertise
- Acquisition and branding background experience and familiarity/proficiency with the following systems/tools is preferred:
- Prisma, Mediaocean, MBOX
- Nielsen Net Rating, Comscore, Ad Relevance, eMarketer, Forrester
- Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science)
- Excel, Word, Power Point
- Proficient in Prisma (media management tool)
- Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and traffickingtools (e.g. Integral Ad Science)
- Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $68,530 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
