This is a role for someone who enjoys building more than dashboards. We're looking for a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst to help build the next generation of Business Intelligence at Prodege.
This is a deeply hands-on engineering role where you'll transform complex data into trusted reporting, scalable analytics models, and reusable data products that enable better decisions across the business. You'll help build the analytics foundation that powers Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, Publisher Operations, Performance Marketing, and executive reporting.
Working alongside Data Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning, you'll create reliable datasets, modern semantic models, and self-service reporting solutions that improve how the company uses data every day. You'll work in a modern cloud analytics environment built around Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma while contributing to an AI-first engineering culture that values automation, quality, and continuous improvement.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality analytics solutions rather than defining long-term BI architecture or enterprise reporting strategy.
What You'll Own- Trusted analytics datasets and reusable reporting assets
- Modern analytics data models built in Snowflake and dbt
- Dashboards and reporting products supporting business-critical decisions
- Self-service analytics experiences that improve data accessibility
- High-quality semantic models and KPI implementation
- Reliable reporting through testing, documentation, and data validation
- Cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Data Engineering
- Continuous improvement of BI engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows
- Build analytics products that directly influence business growth and decision-making
- Work across Product, Marketing, Finance, Publisher Operations, Consumer Insights, and Performance Marketing
- Build modern analytics solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, and AI-assisted development tools
- Help improve self-service analytics across the organization
- Work with large-scale datasets supporting millions of users and high-volume business operations
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Machine Learning to improve data availability and usability
- Grow your analytics engineering expertise while helping evolve Prodege's BI platform
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics products that support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain analytics data models using dbt and Snowflake
- Build trusted datasets and reusable reporting assets that enable scalable self-service analytics
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions
- Implement KPI definitions and reporting standards established across the organization
- Optimize SQL queries, analytics models, and reporting performance
- Validate data quality through testing, monitoring, and documentation
- Support executive reporting and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and data availability
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously improve platform reliability
- Contribute to analytics engineering best practices including testing, documentation, version control, and code reviews
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve SQL development, documentation, reporting workflows, and analytics productivity
- Mentor junior BI engineers and analytics engineers while sharing technical knowledge across the team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience
