Nooks seeks an IT Support Specialist in the United States (El Segundo, CA) to serve as the frontline for day-to-day technical support during site buildouts. You will deploy workstations, cabling, and peripherals, escalating to senior staff as needed to stand up new sites.
You will document issues and resolutions, support both classified and unclassified systems, and develop deeper system-administration skills while traveling ~25% to stand up new sites. This role reports to the VP of IT/Cyber.
