- Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution
- Understand customer needs and market dynamics to define product requirements for engineering

- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, secure, scalable identity security solutions
- Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Use data, insights, and AI-driven analytics to monitor product performance and identify enhancements
- Advise and advocate for product areas internally and externally to build relationships and drive adoption
- Champion new product initiatives and communicate their value and strategic importance to leadership and cross-functional teams
- 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
- Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Proven experience defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements
- Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with API design and integration strategies
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage execution details
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Adherence to Saviynt's information security and privacy policies and procedures, including annual security training
