A well-established California firm is hiring a Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles to manage impactful employment law cases from intake through resolution. • Represent clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, and wage/hour disputes
• Oversee all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep
• Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions, including MSJs and discovery motions
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with California and federal court procedures
• Attend court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations
• Communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and maintain trust
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to efficiently move cases forward

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in employment litigation (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Working knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Federal Rules
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and workers’ rights
