Title: Temp Senior Coordinator, Operations
Industry: Fragrance
Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: TBD (Potential for perm)
Responsibilities- Primary liaison for our 3PL partners, monitoring daily outbound shipments and service levels.
- Support retail business by ensuring routing guide compliance, EDI workflows, and managing chargeback disputes.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and documentation with freight forwarders, Small Parcel couriers, and customs brokers.
- Audit fulfillment reports to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Lead monthly reconciliations between ERP, WMS, and contract manufacturers to ensure data integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles within beauty, fragrance, or CPG space.
- Strong understanding of hazmat shipping regulations and logistics requirements.
- Experience managing 3PL partners and monitoring operational performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Net Suite, WMS, retail portals, EDI workflows, and Microsoft Excel.
