.

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and handle, store, and manage dishes.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to clean and organize the kitchen area.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers.
• Ensure that the dishwashing machine operates at a proper temperature and has detergent and the necessary chemicals.
• Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.
• Sanitize all trolleys, carriers, oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.
• Develop a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency.
• Ensure sanitation team members demonstrate knowledge of all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by unit supervisors.

• Pay: $22.50 hourly.

• Leads employees to ensure compliance with safety, company, and regulatory procedures.
• Ensures that sanitation SOP is followed and all activities are documented per company policy.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures, and HACCP.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.
• Previous dishwashing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and self‑organized.
• Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
• Flexibility (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays).
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.
