Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple, concurrent financial and business operations projects
• Builds and manages forecast and budgets
• Understands the business side
• Project integration -- Builds project resource plans
• Builds from scratch and manages project plans using MS Project
• Works with IT and business -- Run meetings -- Manages and runs weekly reporting status
• Works with AGILE, SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC Methodology
• Determines project tasks and develop project plans
• Track, update and monitor projects
• Works with upper management, gives presentations, etc.
• Budgeting and project costs -- Runs steering committee meetings
• Ensure project completion on time and on budget
• Works with vendors
• Mentor team members

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management
• Must have strong background in Financials, Investments, Brokers, Financial Firms
• Strong experience with business operations and financial driven projects
• MS Project A Plus:
• PMI, PMP Methodology and principles
• PMO, Project Management Office experience

• PMP Certified
