About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

Rivian is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Event Producer, Partnership Events to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis of our partnership-led and lead-focused experiential programs. You are a solution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves travel, and acts as a natural connector between internal teams, external partners, and customers. You demonstrate decisiveness, adaptability, and agility when making real-time decisions—never sacrificing quality, brand standards, or relationships.

As a senior producer, you are a trusted brand ambassador and accountable for creating highly productive, memorable environments where customers feel inspired, partners feel valued, teams are motivated, and the business delivers measurable results.

  • Solve problems creatively and decisively in high-pressure, live environments
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for all attendees
  • Operate in a remote capacity while traveling extensively to lead and support customer-facing partnership events and activations
Post-Event Analysis & Optimization
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize participant feedback, lead data, and performance metrics
  • Deliver timely post-event recaps and ROI analyses with clear insights and recommendations

Present findings and learnings to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve future programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or partnership-led programs, with a strong focus on demand generation or customer engagement
