Senior Manager, Program Management (PM) – Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU)

Senior Manager, Program Management (PM) responsible for overseeing the production and capital efforts for Advanced Systems, a high-profile portfolio within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization. The role is located onsite in El Segundo, CA, and requires active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance.

• Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites.
• Implement and execute the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including meeting Estimate at Completion (EAC) requirements.
• Establish and execute baseline schedules, negotiating and executing change requirements.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer counterparts.
• Travel domestically as needed to support business engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant program management, systems engineering, or business management experience.
• Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of related experience also acceptable.
• Proven experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs using program management tools.
• Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of applicable technologies in operations.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence cross‑functional production teams, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary to execute profitable production programs.

• Program Management Level 6 certification preferred; ability to obtain within one year is acceptable.
• Active, transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date, with ability to obtain program access thereafter.

• Salary Range: $145,600 – $276,800 USD.
