The Executive Creative Director is responsible for defining and scaling Liquid I.V.'s creative vision, brand identity and creative operating model. This leader will establish the systems, talent, agency partnerships and creative standards required to deliver best-in-class work at the speed and scale of a modern consumer brand.

Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this role leads both the internal creative organization and external creative agency ecosystem, ensuring every consumer touchpoint including integrated campaigns, retail, social content, innovation, packaging, digital commerce, and emerging platforms focused on building long-term brand equity while driving commercial performance.

The ideal candidate combines visionary creative leadership with operational rigor, balancing strategic brand stewardship with high-volume execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Translate brand positioning and business objectives into compelling visual storytelling and content systems.
• Continuously evolve the brand’s creative expression to remain culturally relevant and visually differentiated.
