Responsibilities- Perform precision rework and assembly for advanced avionics systems.
- Perform fine-pitch soldering and de-soldering of thru-hole and surface mount components.
- Crimp wires and assemble harnesses to specification.
- Complete mechanical assembly using hand tools for hardware installations.
- Build complex electronic assemblies such as harnesses and circuit card assemblies (CCA).
- Follow established methods and sequences for assembly operations.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and record production data.
- Rework and repair defective units identified by inspection or test personnel.
- Operate microscopes for extended periods and use torque tools and measuring devices.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in electronic assembly or equivalent training.
- J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification (required).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required).

Salary and Pay TransparencySalary Range $44,500.00-$59,300.000
Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
