Pay Rate: 30-45/hr. (W2)
Shift: 3/10 (2nd Shift) - Training on Dayshift (4/10)

Key Responsibilities:
-Machine Setup & Operation:
-Calibrate and set up the VIPER machine per job specifications.
-Load materials (e.g., carbon fiber, resin pre-impregnated tapes) and monitor automated layup processes.
Programming & Execution:
-Adjust machine parameters (speed, temperature, tension) to ensure precision.
Quality Assurance:
-Inspect parts for defects (gaps, overlaps, fiber alignment) and document process parameters.
-Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
-Perform routine machine cleaning/maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-2+ years of experience in composite manufacturing or automated machine operation.
-Hands-on experience with fiber placement machines (setup, calibration, programming).
Preferred Qualifications:
-1+ years of CNC programming/troubleshooting experience.
-Knowledge of composite materials (e.g., resins, curing processes).
-Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards.
