What You’ll Do

As a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellence from order intake to delivery. You’ll help drive operational success while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring needs are clearly understood and executed
  • Coordinate raw material staging, router releases, and production scheduling
  • Monitor workflows and walk the shop floor to track progress across machines and workstations
  • Generate and communicate production status reports and delivery timelines
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive solutions before they impact delivery
  • Collaborate across departments including Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Receiving, and Stockroom
  • Build strong relationships on the manufacturing floor, setting high standards for quality, urgency, and accountability
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience
  • Support on‑time delivery goals and navigate challenges with strategic problem‑solving and negotiation

Experience & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 4+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procurement, quality, and engineering workflows
  • Experience with production scheduling (Excel) and MRP systems
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience tracking and reporting production status
  • Forklift experience is a plus
