Operations Manager, Operations Engineer

What You’ll DoAs a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellence from order intake to delivery. You’ll help drive operational success while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring needs are clearly understood and executed
- Coordinate raw material staging, router releases, and production scheduling
- Monitor workflows and walk the shop floor to track progress across machines and workstations
- Generate and communicate production status reports and delivery timelines
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive solutions before they impact delivery
- Collaborate across departments including Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Receiving, and Stockroom
- Build strong relationships on the manufacturing floor, setting high standards for quality, urgency, and accountability
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience
- Support on‑time delivery goals and navigate challenges with strategic problem‑solving and negotiation
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and collaborative
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Analytical thinking with experience in data tracking, scheduling, and reporting
- Customer‑first mentality with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with teams at all levels
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 4+ years of related experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procurement, quality, and engineering workflows
- Experience with production scheduling (Excel) and MRP systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience tracking and reporting production status
- Forklift experience is a plus
