Position Title
Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Inventory 2nd shift)
Job SummaryWe are seeking an Operations Lead in 2nd shift to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production or inventory management processes that comply with company policies and enable efficient operations.
Position Responsibilities- Develops and implements production or inventory operations processes of moderate scope
- Defines daily activities and resolves operational problems of limited complexity
- Investigates product defects, production inefficiencies, or inventory variances and develops solutions to mitigate them
- Reviews and approves technical documents, including work instructions, inventory procedures, and material‑handling standards
- Analyzes charging trends and supports development of projected staffing forecasts
- Assists with capital‑expenditure preparation and justification related to production systems or inventory storage/material‑handling technologies
- Leads small‑scale projects and contributes to research on proposed operational improvements
- Serves as a primary interface with internal partners
- Translates operational data into actionable plans for implementation
- Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective and preventative actions
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on project progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- Represents Supply Chain on Supply Chain related issues
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment handling supply chain and inventory related tasks
- 1+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience working with various ERP/WMS systems
- Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g. SQL, Excel, PowerBI)
- Hands‑on experience with manufacturing process flows
- Conflict of Interest assessment process compliance
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance. Applicants must be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance. The position requires a U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start. Employer will not sponsor visa status.

Level 3 salary range: $96,900 - $142,500. Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life & disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
