Position Overview
Experience Production Operations Specialist (Harness) – El Segundo, California. 100 % onsite, 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improving production efficiency and optimizing product quality.
- Monitor, assess, and provide status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
- Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce or mitigate them.
- Conduct staffing and cost analyses.
- Coordinate and prepare justifications for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Represent manufacturing on production‑related issues.
- Establish and maintain production schedules.
- More than five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- More than one year of hands‑on experience building wire harnesses.
- More than one year of experience leading teams.
- More than one year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- More than one year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).
El Segundo, California – 100 % onsite, 2nd shift.
Security ClearanceMust obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required. Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance post‑start is required.
Travel & Relocation- Travel up to 5 % of the time.
- Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit; candidates must relocate at their own expense or live in the immediate area.
Summary Pay Range: $96,900 – $131,100. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and business considerations.
