Position Overview

Space has evolved from a peaceful environment into a contested and congested domain. The U.S. Space Force is rapidly expanding to address global threats. Booz Allen enables mission success through advanced technology and enabling services to deliver speed to outcomes.

Our team is tasked with designing, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations to solve the Service’s most difficult and amorphous problems. We identify advanced tools and technology that can expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden, manage the byproducts of change through project implementation, and provide rapid solutions to senior leaders.

Design, stand up, operate, and optimize (Space) operations organizations.

Identify advanced tools and technology to support Space Force missions.

Manage project implementation and drive continuous improvement.

Develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders.

• 8+ years of experience with space operations
• Experience supporting Joint Headquarters operations, such as J33
• Experience with next‑generation Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS)
• Ability to rapidly develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders
• TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience supporting a Combatant Command
• Master’s degree in Strategic Studies, National Security, or related field

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.

• Remote: occasional in‑person work at Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: work from a Booz Allen facility frequently; may also work from or visit a customer facility.
• Onsite: work primarily at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
