Manufacturing Analyst Level 2 Location :

9x80 A Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience. Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required)

Job Description Support manufacturing operations through analysis, planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Assist with production planning, material management, quality initiatives, financial analysis, and operational performance improvements in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support production, business, and manufacturing operations processes.
* Assist with production planning, scheduling, and control activities.
* Participate in quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
* Support material management, manufacturing systems, and operational performance analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
* Provide training and support to team members as needed.
* Interact with internal and external customers regarding planning, problem resolution, and process improvements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
* Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (in-scope within the last 6 years).
* Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, or plant finance.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Previous internship, co-op, or related professional experience.
* Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
* GPA of 3.5 or higher.
* Active U.S. Government security clearance.
