Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Environmental Testing) – El Segundo, California – Level 3.

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improving production efficiency and optimizing product quality
• Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
• Represents manufacturing on production‑related issues
• Establishes and maintains production schedules

2nd Shift. 100% onsite required.

Required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship; interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.

• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
• Hands on experience with component‑level testing (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, functional testing, etc.)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination (e.g., Master + 4 years).

Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100.

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per 22 C.F.R. 120.62.
