Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Environmental Testing) – El Segundo, California – Level 3.
Position Responsibilities- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improving production efficiency and optimizing product quality
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
- Conducts staffing and cost analyses
- Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
- Represents manufacturing on production‑related issues
- Establishes and maintains production schedules
2nd Shift. 100% onsite required.
Security ClearanceRequired to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship; interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- More than 1 year of experience leading teams
- More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Hands on experience with component‑level testing (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, functional testing, etc.)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination (e.g., Master + 4 years).

TravelPosition may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100.
