• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies, improving production efficiency and optimizing product quality.
• Monitor, assess, and provide status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce or mitigate them.
• Conduct staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinate and prepare justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represent manufacturing on production‑related issues.
• Establish and maintain production schedules.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience leading teams.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience building wiring harnesses.
• Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems.

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).
