- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality.
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
- Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce or mitigate them.
- Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
- Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
- Establishes and maintains production schedules.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ years of experience leading teams.
- 1+ year of hands‑on experience building wiring harnesses.
- Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).

Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000.
Millennium is DDTC‑registered, ITAR‑compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
