Position Responsibilities:

* Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality

* Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs

* Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate

* Conducts staffing and cost analyses

* Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation

* Represents manufacturing on production related issues

* Establishes and maintains production schedules This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift: This position is for 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

* More than 1 year of experience operating specialized equipment such as Electrodynamic shakers (vibration table), Thermal Vacuum Chambers and/or Thermal Cycling Cambers
* More than 1 year of experience leading teams

* More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

* Experience in the aerospace industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's degree or higher

* More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel

* Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.) Typical Education/

Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc. Conflict of Interest:
